Our story
Darlings of Chelsea was born out of a desire to create
premium quality sofas handmade here in the UK
Over two decades later, our range has grown to include beds and sofa beds, with customers
given the opportunity to create a bespoke piece of furniture unique to their home. Underlining
all this is our unrivalled customer service, with a dedicated team and your own account
manager to take you from purchase right through to delivery.
Attention to detail is key at Darlings, with an exclusive collection of over 170 fabrics and
leathers created to suit all homes and lifestyles, including a range of stain resistant and
recycled fabrics.
With a real focus on both the quality of our products and the standard of our service,
we’re proud to share that over 60% of our business comes by way of referrals from happy

British Made for 40 years
With the exception of our European ranges, the majority of our sofas are hand crafted here in the UK. We believe in the quality of fine British craftsmanship - with the added bonus of faster delivery times! Our Avon site manufacturing office has been established for over 40 years, producing high quality, hand crafted goods to the highest specifications. All our products undergo a rigorous quality control procedure with all upholstery surpassing the relevant safety requirements using the latest flame retardant fillings and foams tested to British Standards.
Nationwide Showrooms
Fall in love with your furniture at one of our 4 well located showrooms in Birmingham, Parsons Green,
Hertford, and Surrey. We understand that furniture shopping can be thirsty work, we aim to make your
experience as relaxed as possible with tea, coffee and refreshments available in every store. Leave your
